The Hall sensor captures real-time signals of the motor rotor's position and speed, feeding them back to the controller to form a dynamic adjustment loop. For the high-flow scenarios of the JP400C circulation pump, this technology controls speed fluctuations within an extremely narrow range, ensuring stable coolant circulation flow. Meanwhile, the JP300C fluid replenishment pump achieves precise control of fluid replenishment volume through this technology, preventing liquid level imbalance in the energy storage system. In commercial and industrial energy storage systems, when the heat generation of battery modules and PCS components changes abruptly, both pumps can adjust their speed in an extremely short time to accurately match heat dissipation needs—eliminating energy waste while preventing local overheating.
